(1) Organization Structure Type

① Linear system. Also known as military structure, it is the simplest centralized organizational structure. Its leadership relationship is established in accordance with the vertical system, without setting up a special functional organization, forming a top-down vertical leadership and led relationship.

② Functional system. Also known as multi-line system, it refers to the organizational structure form of setting up corresponding functional management departments according to professional division of labor and implementing professional division of labor management.
