The catering industry should do six things to ensure the food safety at the table of the citizens: fully prepare for returning to work, strengthen health and hygiene management, strictly implement the prohibition system, strengthen the daily disinfection management, standardize the processing and production process, and do a good job in the prevention and control of food supply. Facing the great attention to food safety, catering enterprises began to take active actions to establish a new supplier management model for catering enterprises, establish a safe and reliable strategic supplier system for chain catering enterprises, enable enterprises to have stable and continuous upstream resources, and establish a long-term strategic cooperative relationship between catering chain enterprises and raw material suppliers. Both sides * * * look at each other's relationship from the perspective of strategic partners' supply chain, and at the same time ensure the dynamic unified supervision and management of food quality, hygiene and safety during the timely supply of food raw materials.
