What are the common faults in commercial induction cooker?
As we know, commercial induction cooker refers to the induction cookers used in restaurants, factories, colleges, institutions, military units, enterprises and institutions, trains, ships and other commercial kitchens in the catering industry, which are especially suitable for all commercial kitchens that restrict the use of naked flames. Although the quality of commercial induction cooker is very good, it will inevitably break down after being used for a long time. What do we do? If there is bad key action, we can use multimeter diode to measure the voltage drop of about 0.7 volts at CPU pole and ground terminal. The red pen of the multimeter is connected to "ground" and the black pen is connected to "all poles of CPU". Otherwise the CPU port line is broken. Let's look at the introduction. Common faults and maintenance methods in commercial induction cooker.

1, circuit board IGBT or fuse maintenance

If the program current fuse or IGBT is blown, the following parts can only be replaced under normal conditions, otherwise, IGBT and fuse will be blown again.

1) Visually check whether the current fuse is blown;

2) Detecting whether the IGBT is broken down: Measure whether the "E", "C" and "G" poles of the IGBT are broken down with a multimeter diode. A: "E" and "G" poles, "C" and "G" poles, positive and negative test A: "E is not conductive (normal). B: The red pen of the multimeter is connected to the "E" pole and the black pen is connected to the "C" pole, and the voltage drop is about 0.4 volts.

3) Whether the rectifier bridge is normal: A: The red pen of the multimeter is connected to "-"and the black pen is connected to "+",with a voltage drop of about 0.9 volts, which is not displayed in turn. B: The red pen of the multimeter is connected to "-",and the black pen is connected to two input terminals respectively, with a voltage drop of about 0.5 volts, which is not shown in turn. C: The black pen of the multimeter is connected to "+",and the red pen is connected to two input terminals respectively, with a voltage drop of about 0.5 V, which is not displayed in turn.

4) Measure whether the transformer is damaged. The normal state is as follows: measure the secondary resistance of the transformer with a multimeter resistance file, about 80 Ω, and the initial resistance is 0 Ω.

5) Check whether the chip 83 16 is broken down. Measurement method: use multimeter to measure pin 83 16. It is required that there is no short circuit between 1 and 2, 1 and 4, 7 and 2, 7 and 4.

6) Check whether the capacitors C30 1, C302 and C303 are damaged by heat. (if the damage has been deformed or melted); 7) 7) Whether the insulation protection of the thermal switch at IGBT is damaged. The detection of bad key action measures whether the CPU port line is broken down.

2. Wrong key operation

The voltage drop between the CPU pole and the ground terminal is about 0.7V when measured with the diode of multimeter. The red pen of the multimeter is connected to "ground" and the black pen is connected to "all poles of CPU". Otherwise the CPU port line is broken.

3, power can't meet the requirements

1) short circuit of coil disk: test coil disk inductance: PSD coefficient L = 157 5 μ h, PD series L = 140 5 μ h..2) Whether the pot is the designated pot.

3) Whether the distance between the cooker and the coil plate is normal.

4, check whether the gas element is loose, after the completion of the assembly is in poor condition:

1) No fever: Check the transformer for broken legs.

2) Unable to start: Check whether the thermistor terminal is connected correctly.

3) Long ringing after plug-in: Check whether the terminals of the temperature switch are connected properly.

4) No small object detection (no alarm): Check whether the resistance R30 1~R307 is normal. R30 1~R302 is 68kωR303 ~ R306 is130kΩ R307 is 3.0KΩ.

5) If the fan does not turn, check whether the transistor Q2 is burnt out.

5. commercial induction cooker basic fault code

1) No boiler alarm. E 1 is displayed after startup, and the red light flashes "one". A, cooking stove/flat-head low-soup stove may not put the pot, and see if it is normal after putting the pot. B. If the cauldron and other pots display 1, please check whether the distance between coils has changed or whether the pot is magnetized. Please use the special pot issued by the company at this time. C, red light, showing the currently set gear, blue light flashing, repeated, the pot is wrong or the coil is far away.

2) The potentiometer thermistor is open. Replace the coil temperature measuring base.

3) pot (coil) overtemperature protection. After a period of startup, E2 appears. Check whether the coil fan is running. If it is running, it is likely that the thermistor of the coil is aging. At this point, replace the coil thermostat.

4)IGBT thermistor overtemperature. The cooling fan on the movement does not rotate or the speed is too slow. Check the fan and plug. If there is no problem, the relay may be damaged. At this time, the emergency repair method is: clamp the relay upper shell, that is, the latching relay contact is always open. But make it clear to the customer that the power supply will turn, but it will not affect the use.

5)IGBT thermistor is open. At this time, try to change the movement or professional maintenance to remove the board and replace the aluminum temperature measuring base.

6) pot thermistor short circuit, pot bottom temperature base failure. Replace it and solve it.

7) The voltage is too low and the power supply voltage is not enough.

8)IGBT thermistor short circuit. At this time, try to change the movement or professional maintenance to remove the board and replace the aluminum temperature measuring base.

9) The voltage is too high, and the power supply voltage is too high.

6. There is no response when commercial induction cooker is powered on, and the display is not bright. You can work by turning on the switch handle.

At this time, disassemble the front panel of the furnace and check whether the monitor cable is in poor contact or broken.

7. The power-on display of commercial induction cooker is normal. Twist the switch handle, but there is no response.

At this point, it is very important to check the potentiometer or encoder of the switch handle to see whether the potentiometer and encoder rotate together when the handle rotates and whether the wiring is in poor contact. Then, open the top cover of the chassis to see if the plug of the switch wiring is loose and plug it in again. If it cannot be discharged, replace the switch.

8. There is no response when commercial induction cooker is electrified, the display is not bright, and the switch handle cannot be turned on for work.

Remove the front panel of boiler shutdown and check whether the transformer cable is in poor contact or broken. If the fault still exists, it may be that the transformer is damaged.

9. commercial induction cooker works normally, but after working for a period of time, the front switch of commercial induction cooker trips automatically, and it can work again after being turned on.

This situation is generally due to the insufficient overcurrent capacity of the front-end switch, which requires the customer to replace the switch.

10, commercial induction cooker can't power on, and it trips every time it is powered on.

At this time, commercial induction cooker's ground wire is removed and hung, and then electrified. If it can be turned on, it means that the machine has leakage. Check the coil fan, insulating cotton or switch and remove them one by one. When the switch can be closed, which part is broken, replaced or repaired.
