1. In case of name change, business address change and business scope change, information can be changed after obtaining the business license. Then the parties need to bring the Application Form for Change Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households, the Record Form for Issuance and Filing of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households' Business License, the original of the Individual Industrial and Commercial Households' Business License, the original and photocopy of the ID card, two photos, the Examination Form for Change Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households, the Notice of Approval and Acceptance to the local registration authority to apply for change registration.
2. It is impossible to apply for registration of change if the operator changes, so if you want to change the business of the operator, you have to cancel the business license of the previous operator first, and then apply for a new business license. According to relevant laws and regulations, self-employed individuals cannot change their operators. If they change, they must re-apply for registration. For self-employed family businesses, operators can be changed.

Where the registered items of individual industrial and commercial households change, they shall apply to the registration authority for registration of change.
If an individual industrial and commercial household changes its operator, it shall re-apply for registration by the new operator after the cancellation of registration. Individual industrial and commercial households that implement family business shall go through the formalities of change in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph if they change their operators among family members.
Article 11
Where an application for registration or change of registration requires an administrative license according to law, a license certificate shall be submitted to the registration authority.
