6. Party A shall collect and distribute the food materials required by Party A every afternoon.

7. Party B shall deliver the goods to the factory on time according to the time set by Party A:

in the morning, vegetables and meat will be delivered to the factory before xx, and

8. Due to seasonality, natural disasters such as typhoons and rainstorms, other irresistible factors and holidays, some varieties have experienced a sharp rise and fall, and our company will inform customers and negotiate to adjust prices.

11. Party A will assign a special person to weigh and check every day. If it is found that individual varieties are short in weight or poor in quality, Party A has the right to ask Party B to make up or return them. III. Liability for breach of contract

2. if party a fails to settle the accounts of party b on time, it shall bear the penalty (according to the overdue payment of the bank).
