If Party A's employees eat the food provided by Party B, which causes food poisoning or is not suitable for medical treatment, Party B will bear all the responsibilities and all the expenses arising therefrom. 4. Party A has the right to inspect, supervise and accept the quality, color, fragrance and taste of the food materials purchased by Party B.. 5. Party B is not allowed to lend money for goods and loans in the name of Party A. In case of any economic disputes and judicial responsibilities, Party B shall bear all the responsibilities.

6. Party A shall collect and distribute the food materials required by Party A every afternoon.

7. Party B shall deliver the goods to the factory on time according to the time set by Party A:

in the morning, vegetables and meat will be delivered to the factory before xx, and

in the evening, grain, oil and dry goods will be delivered to the factory before xx.

8. Due to seasonality, natural disasters such as typhoons and rainstorms, other irresistible factors and holidays, some varieties have experienced a sharp rise and fall, and our company will inform customers and negotiate to adjust prices.

9. after receiving the purchase order from party a, party b finds that the quality of individual varieties is too poor or there is a lack of supply, and in case of emergency, it will notify the person in charge of ordering from party a to change and exchange.

11. Party A will assign a special person to weigh and check every day. If it is found that individual varieties are short in weight or poor in quality, Party A has the right to ask Party B to make up or return them. After both parties confirm that they are correct, they will sign the delivery note, and Party B will settle the payment with Party A within the time specified in the contract.

article 4. payment method

3. All commodity prices of Party B are determined by both parties through negotiation.

4. Party B's goods must arrive at the delivery time specified by Party A or half an hour earlier. After arrival, Party B shall assist Party A's staff to weigh them and put them into the warehouse.

3. when the contract expires or is dissolved in the middle, party a must settle all the money of party b in one lump sum on the termination date of the contract.

III. Liability for breach of contract

1. If Party A's personnel are poisoned due to unclean food provided by Party B, Party B shall bear the corresponding responsibilities after the samples are sealed by the relevant departments.

2. if party a fails to settle the accounts of party b on time, it shall bear the penalty (according to the overdue payment of the bank).

3. If Party B violates the contract and causes employee dissatisfaction, Party A has the right to require Party B to rectify in time. If Party B still fails to meet its requirements, Party A has the right to terminate the contract.

4. Either party shall notify the other party 31 days in advance and negotiate. If the contract is not terminated as required, the breaching party shall bear all liabilities for breach of contract.
