Jitianyuan is located in the south of National Highway 309 in Zhangdian District, Zibo, east of Century Road, with convenient transportation and only 8 minutes' drive from the city center. The surrounding environment is the bustling south of the central city of Zibo, with dense population and numerous shops. Zibo Commercial Building, Red Star Macalline, Zibo Auto Parts City, Luzhong Decoration Material City, Luzhong Hardware & Electric Material Auto Parts City and other large commercial places have settled in, becoming an important distribution center for trade and logistics in Zibo. The project covers a total area of more than 700 mu and is divided into two parts. The eastern park covers an area of more than 400 mu and officially opened on August 1 2009. It is the largest agricultural sightseeing park in the southern urban area at present, and it is a comprehensive catering business leisure park integrating theme catering, fishing, CS live shooting, fitness, gardening, free picking, farmland adoption (self-cultivation gardening) and business office.
In recent years, in the face of the diversified development trend of the tourism market, through in-depth and detailed investigation and study, we found that the participatory and experiential characteristic tourism projects are increasingly favored by tourists, and returning to simplicity has become a new tourism fashion. The agricultural characteristic tourism planting project represented by "urban agriculture" has become the best combination point to give full play to the advantages of suburban land resources and cater to the consumption psychology of urban residents. In order to meet the market demand, we turned waste into treasure, and used more than 40,000 cubic meters of garbage cleared from the park to build two unique landscape rockeries with dense trees, lush green grass, scattered Taishan stones and winding paths.
Construction projects such as self-cultivation gardening and leisure area, catering service area, sports and fitness area, ecological breeding, horseback riding and fishing, and picking garden have been completed. Projects under construction include art galleries, reception centers and beer squares.
(1) As the first land acquisition project in Zibo, the area of self-cultivated gardening and leisure area in Yoshida Garden reaches 1.20 mu. The dishes are mainly free-range chickens and farm dishes in the park. From the land to the dining table, the concept of green diet is highlighted, and the exquisite combination of simple and elegant historical catering and contemporary garden fashion catering is highlighted.
(3) Gymnasium, with an area of 1 100 square meter, is a professional gymnasium in Zibo, which is favored by badminton lovers. The arena has a clear height of 9 meters and a total of 7 venues. Using the existing more than 300 acres of forest land in the west of the park for natural breeding and free-range breeding.
