Second, the fishing ban requirements

Fishing boats are strictly forbidden to stop fishing across provinces and seas.
3. All holiday-free fishing boats must be equipped with AIS slipway terminal or Beidou satellite terminal, and always be turned on for supervision, otherwise the holiday-free qualification will be cancelled.
4. Fishing boats shall strictly implement the management systems such as entry-exit report, epidemic prevention and control, and safe production of fishing boats.
Third, the punishment measures during the fishing ban
1. Fishing boats that are not closed to fishing refer to fishing boats that are managed in the national fishing boat database and whose operation type is fishing gear. Fishing-related township ships do not belong to the management scope of the national fishing boat database. During the fishing moratorium, all fishing-related township ships are not allowed to go out to sea, and offenders will cancel the registration qualification of the ship and be treated as "three noes" ships.
2. If a state-owned fishing boat steals or carries passengers to engage in recreational fishing activities during the fishing moratorium, or violates the relevant provisions of typhoon prevention and flood control, it will be severely dealt with, and compulsory measures will be taken to prohibit it from leaving the fishing port within one month after the fishing moratorium, and the amount of oil replenishment in that year will be cancelled or deducted according to regulations.
3. Fishing boats that have installed the second-generation intelligent AIS terminal are strictly forbidden to dismantle, replace or shield the terminal without permission. Offenders shall be punished according to law and rectified within a time limit. Those who fail to make corrections within the time limit are prohibited from leaving Hong Kong for sea operations.
4. Anyone who engages in illegal and criminal acts such as smuggling, smuggling, transporting drugs, "electrifying, frying and poisoning" fish shall be handed over to the relevant departments for criminal punishment.
5. Those who provide places and materials for illegal fishery production and operation will be investigated and dealt with by relevant departments according to law.
