1. Under any of the following circumstances, it shall be deemed as "enough to cause serious food poisoning accidents or other serious food-borne diseases" as stipulated in Article 143 of the Criminal Law:

5. Other circumstances that can cause serious food poisoning accidents or serious food-borne diseases.

2. Selling food that does not meet the food safety standards shall be deemed as "causing serious harm to human health" as stipulated in Article 143 of the Criminal Law in any of the following circumstances:

1. Causing minor injuries or more;

2. Causing mild or moderate disability;

3. Causing damage to organs and tissues, resulting in general dysfunction or serious dysfunction;

4. Causing serious food poisoning or other serious food-borne diseases to more than ten people;

5. Other situations that cause serious harm to human health.
