Section II Project Overview
This project is the Wenhai International Financial and Commercial Center of Wugang, located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Gangcheng Road and Tieshan Road in wugang city. The total construction area is 214113.98 ㎡, including 109289.84㎡ for large commercial buildings, 39934.4438+0 ㎡ for financial buildings A and B, and 24955.32㎡ for hotels. Large-scale commercial, financial buildings and hotels are all located on the ground floor, with four floors for large-scale commercial buildings above ground, twenty-five floors for financial buildings A and B, and twenty-two floors for hotels. Building height: 2 1.6m for large commercial buildings, 99.3m for financial buildings A and B, and 85.35m for hotels.

Building height: 5.7m for the large commercial basement, 5.7m for the first basement, 5.4m for the second and third floors and 4.8m; for the fourth floor; Basements of Blocks A and B of Financial Building, with podium buildings on the first to fourth floors above ground, are the same as those of large commercial buildings, with a height of more than five floors of 3.7m; The basement of the hotel is 4.8m, the basement is 5.7m, the second to fourth floors are 5.4m, and the fifth floor is 3.5m.
Foundation form: large-scale commerce is a strip foundation on independent foundation and natural foundation; Blocks A and B of the Financial Building are mat foundation on natural foundation; The hotel is a raft foundation+independent foundation+strip foundation.
Structural form: large commercial buildings are frame structures, while financial buildings A and B and hotels are frame-shear wall structures.
Section III Scheme Selection
Considering the construction period, construction site and safety requirements of this project, the following points should be fully considered when selecting the scheme:
1, the structural design of the frame body, strive to achieve structural safety and reliability, economic and reasonable cost.
2. Under the specified conditions and within the specified service life, it can fully meet the expected safety and durability.
3. When selecting materials, strive to be universal, universal, recyclable and easy to maintain.
4. When the structure is selected, the stress shall be clear, the structural measures shall be in place, and the erection and disassembly shall be convenient for inspection and acceptance;
5. Based on the above points, the erection of processing shed should conform to the relevant standards of civilized standard chemical industry.
6, combined with the above principles, combined with the actual situation of the project at the same time, comprehensive consideration of previous construction experience, decided to adopt the following scheme:
Section 4 Material Requirements
L, steel pipe landing erection of steel shed, choose 48mm outside diameter, wall thickness of 3.50mm, steel strength grade Q235-A, steel pipe surface should be straight and smooth, there should be no cracks, delamination, indentation, scribing and hard bending.
2. Maintenance, derusting and anti-rust paint (red and white) shall be carried out before the shelf is erected.
Section 5 Erection Process and Key Points of Reinforced Shed
First, support the frame.
1, the vertical distance of steel shed stud is 2m, the horizontal distance is 4m, and the step distance is1.8m; ; The erection height of the steel shed is 4 m. 2, and the structure of the supporting pole:
(1) A base is set at the bottom of each vertical pole, and the base is made of wood 50×250×4000 springboard: the vertical pole is padded with wood springboard. (2) The reinforcement shed is provided with longitudinal and transverse sweeping poles. The longitudinal sweeping rod is fixed on a vertical rod which is not more than 200mm away from the basal epithelium. The horizontal sweeping rod is also fixed on the vertical sweeping rod directly below the vertical sweeping rod.
3. The support column should be set vertically, and the allowable vertical deviation of 2m height is15mm; ; 4, transverse bracing, bracing structure shall meet the following requirements:
(1) Each bracing should be set at 45 degrees, and bracing should be set on the facade around the support.
(2) The diagonal braces shall be fixed on the extension end of the transverse horizontal bar or the intersecting vertical bar with rotating fasteners, and the distance from the center line of the rotating fasteners to the main node shall not be greater than 150cm.
5. In the upper and lower layers of the support, lay 40*80 square wooden joists with a spacing of 400mm to meet the protection requirements. 6. Hang various operation procedures in the shed. 7. See the attached figure on the next page for details.
Section 6 "Labor Arrangement for Building Steel Sheds"
1, in order to ensure the progress of the project, at the same time, according to the engineering quantity of the construction site and the steel shed, it is determined that 4 ~ 6 people are needed to set up the steel shed outside the project, and all of them have working licenses.
2. Establish a management organization composed of project manager, builder, safety officer and installation technician, and the installation director is directly responsible for command, deployment and inspection.
3. The erection and dismantling of the steel shed shall be approved by the technical director of the project before the construction operation can be carried out, and sufficient auxiliary personnel and necessary tools must be equipped.
Section 7 Inspection and acceptance of reinforced shed
1, steel shed must be set up by professional and technical personnel with valid work license;
2. The acceptance of the reinforcement shed shall be inspected according to the requirements of the listed projects and construction schemes. Fill in the acceptance record and sign it by the installer, safety officer, builder and project manager before completion.
Section 8 Safety technical measures for erection of steel shed
1, erect steel shed poles on the poured concrete floor, and lay springboard and supporting plate.
2, regularly check the steel shed, found problems and hidden dangers, timely maintenance and reinforcement work before construction, in order to achieve stability and ensure construction safety.
3, steel shed erection personnel must hold relevant certificates, and the correct use of safety helmet, seat belt, wear non-slip shoes.
4, it is forbidden to probe plate scaffolding, scaffolding and multilayer operation, should try to make the construction load transfer inside and outside balance.
5. Fences shall be set up around ropes or warning signs shall be erected. The ground shall be commanded by designated personnel, and non-operating personnel are prohibited from entering.
6. After the erection of the steel shed is completed, it can only be used after it is accepted by the safety officer of the project department.
7, strictly control the construction load, scaffolding shall not be concentrated stacking load, to ensure a large safety reserve.
