The city was closed from March 4th to May 13th when it was finally unsealed.

The warmth of spring is finally catching up with us, the people of Jilin. All of the neighborhoods are slowly being unsealed one by one, from each neighborhood to each building staggered downstairs activities for 1 hour to be able to go out of the neighborhood for 2 hours. State-owned enterprises, institutions, institutions are resuming work and production.
