Wu Jinghong, an overseas Chinese engaged in the catering industry in the United States, returned to China in 1985 and founded the first "California Beef Noodle King". 1993 registered trademark in China. 1996 was registered in the United States, and its trademark belongs to Manulife International, a subsidiary of Wu Jinghong.
Another "Teacher Li California Beef Noodle Restaurant" was founded by Li Beiqi, an overseas Chinese from Chongqing, California. From 1972 to 1974, he opened three restaurants in L.A. Chinatown, Monterey Park and Al Hamburg in the name of the king of beef noodles, which expanded to seven in 1979, and then opened a franchise store in California in China in the name of the king of beef noodles. ;
Data expansion
Beef noodles are not common in California. The raw materials of the above two kinds of "California Beef Noodles", including noodles, beef, spices and production technology, all come from China. The name "California" is just a marketing strategy.
