The relevant requirements of Wuhan consumer vouchers stipulate that:

1. All people in China (including those from other places) can participate in the "Wuhan coupon" activity. Those who have received special coupons can still participate in the "Wuhan coupon" and the coupon grabbing activities of platforms, institutions and businesses.

2.
