Adjust the enclosed area of Xinqiao Village in Dalong Street to the west wall of Baizhong Industrial Park in the east and Ruteng Industrial Zone in the east, to Dongshier Lane in Tongde South Street in the south, to Tongde Street and Tongde South Street in the west and to Shilian Road in the north as a temporary control area, and implement the following temporary control measures:

Strictly control the flow of people. In principle, citizens should not go out, visit houses, get together or gather unless they receive nucleic acid testing and emergency medical treatment. It is necessary to set up a special post, strictly manage the entry and exit of social personnel, and check the negative result certificate of nucleic acid test or the certificate in nucleic acid test within 24 hours.

3. Adjust the following areas to low-risk areas and take preventive measures such as "personal protection and avoiding gathering":
