Responsibilities of the Administration Department

11. Be responsible for formulating the company's performance appraisal methods, organizing all departments to evaluate the positions of the company's employees, and on this basis, put forward suggestions on appointment, dismissal, reward and punishment for the reference of the company's leaders when making decisions.
11. Investigate and understand the salary level of competitive enterprises, formulate a salary system with competitive advantages, and report it to the company for approval.
12. according to the training needs of the company's employees, be responsible for preparing the company's training plan and budget for the next year at the end of February each year.
13. Be responsible for organizing, coordinating and implementing the company's annual training and temporary training.
14. Be responsible for checking the implementation of annual and monthly training plans of all departments.
15. Be responsible for organizing all departments to compile various internal training materials.
16. Be responsible for making plans for employees' amateur activities for the next year at the end of each year, and organizing all kinds of employees' amateur activities to enrich employees' amateur cultural life after submitting them to the company for approval.
