Article 2 If a company has temporary, short-term, seasonal or specific jobs, it may employ fixed-term contract personnel.
Article 3 The management of trainees, trainees, new employees and temporary employees shall be handled with reference to the provisions of these Rules.

Article 6 After the candidate is approved for employment, the personnel unit shall notify the hired person to report for duty, and shall send an application form and a letter of guarantee for supporting relatives in addition to the employment notice. The employed personnel shall report on the specified date, complete the following procedures before reporting, and pay when reporting. If it is not done within the time limit without reason, its employment qualification will be cancelled.
(1) Submit inspection, experience, military service certificate, 2-inch half-length photo and a copy of ID card;
(2) Handling guarantee matters;

Article 7 Except the general manager, deputy general managers and managers, all employees of the Company must go through the guarantee procedures and report for duty only after being audited.

Article 8 The employees of the Company need to find at least one guarantor.
The guarantor must have the following qualifications:
(a) citizens have a legitimate occupation.

Article 9 Any employee of the Company or any employee who has a spouse or lineal relatives with the insured shall not be the guarantor.
Article 10 In any of the following circumstances, the guarantor shall be liable for compensation and give up the right of defense.
(1) Failing to return public funds or borrowed property;
(2) Stealing the company's materials, equipment, tools and articles;
(3) Fraud or ostentation in the name of the company is proved;
(4) Deliberately damaging the company's equipment or other articles;
(5) The company is damaged due to graft or other illegal acts.
(6) The company is damaged due to unclear handover or desertion.
Eleventh in any of the following circumstances, the guarantor shall immediately change the insurance:
(1) The guarantor dies;
(2) The domicile of the guarantor is unknown;
(3) the guarantor retires;
(4) The guarantor loses the guarantee qualification.
In case of any of the circumstances listed in the preceding paragraph, the guarantor shall immediately notify the company. Those who report late will be dealt with.
Article 12 If the guarantor surrenders his insurance for any reason, he shall notify the Company in writing. Once the company has been handed over to the insured to find another insurance and complete the insurance substitution procedures, he can only be exempted from the guarantee responsibility after receiving the notice that the company agrees to surrender the insurance. If the insurance is published or announced, it will not take effect. Employees should complete the new guarantee procedures within one week. If they fail to do so within the time limit, they will be discussed or dismissed according to the seriousness of the case.
Article 13 The guarantor shall affix his seal to the letter of guarantee. If there is any cancellation or change, we should inform the company by letter, and send the stamp of the new seal by registered mail for the record, and declare that we will continue to guarantee. However, the original seal is still regarded as valid until the company receives the notice.
Article 14 A guarantor shall not shirk all his guarantee responsibilities because of his different work places.
Article 15 If the guarantor has no outstanding matters within six months after the employee leaves his post, he shall not be exempted from the guarantee responsibility.

Article 16 The Company shall take out regular insurance every year, and may take out insurance at any time when necessary.

The probation period is 40 days after the new employee arrives. After the probation period expires, the heads of all departments sign and approve the general manager as a regular employee.

Article 20 After an employee is appointed and assigned a job, he/she shall immediately go to work in the assigned unit, and shall not pass the buck.

Article 24 Employees should cherish the reputation of the company and may not express personal opinions concerning the company without the permission of their superiors.
Article 25 An employee shall not hold any post outside the company, but the enterprise invested by the company shall be specially approved by the general manager.
This restriction does not apply.
Article 26. Employees should cherish and cherish all public property, and must not take it out without permission.
Article 27 Employees shall not disobey the orders of their superiors. If they have legitimate opinions, they should declare them in advance. In case of busy work, colleagues must cooperate with each other, and should follow the instructions of superiors and give assistance.
Twenty-eighth staff should go to work on time, except for statutory holidays, business trips or leave, and shall not be absent from work or leave early.

Article 31 Except for the general manager and deputy general manager, employees of the company shall clock in for work according to the prescribed working hours. Article 32 Employees who work overtime or leave early are deemed to be late or leave early. Those who arrive late or leave early within 15 minutes will be counted as absenteeism for half a day for three times, and those who exceed 15 minutes will be counted as absenteeism for half a day each time. Those who arrive late or leave early for more than an hour are counted as absenteeism for one day. Late arrival and early departure statistics should be settled at the end of each month. Those who are late due to natural or man-made disasters or other force majeure situations, confirmed by submitting a report, or leave their posts early with approval, do not need to be counted as late and leave early.
Article 33 Employees of the Company who go out on business during working hours shall report orally to the immediate supervisor for approval. When reporting, they should explain why, where they want to go, who to contact and the scheduled return time. Going out without permission will be considered as absenteeism in serious cases.
Article 34 When the company holds a training class at night, all employees of the company take turns to participate, except the cadres above the manager level. The duties of time rotation are as follows:

Article 91 When rewarding and punishing employees, the unit director shall report the relevant information to the general manager for approval at any time.

Article 101 An employee shall be suspended under any of the following circumstances:
(a) due to illness or business leave for more than the prescribed period;
(2) Having served in military service for more than one month;
(3) Detainees in criminal proceedings;
(4) Having committed criminal acts or violating the company's rules and regulations.
Article 102 An employee who has been suspended due to the provisions of the first paragraph of the preceding article may be reinstated with the approval of the general manager if he has been suspended for less than one year. Employees who have been suspended in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of the preceding article may be reinstated with the approval of the general manager after the reasons for suspension have been eliminated. Employees who have been suspended in accordance with the third paragraph of the preceding article may be reinstated with the approval of the general manager when they have not been prosecuted or acquitted and when their suspension expires.

Article 104 An employee who has been suspended from his post will not get a job in another company, otherwise he will be deemed to have left his post automatically.
Article 105 A company may lay off employees due to operational difficulties or natural disasters, man-made disasters or other irresistible circumstances.
Article 106 An employee shall be dismissed under any of the following circumstances:
(a) absenteeism for more than three consecutive days or absenteeism for more than six days in a month;
(2) Poor performance appraisal;
(three) three times a year, not according to the provisions of the reduction;
(4) Being sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment or more;
(5) Having committed criminal acts or violating the company's rules and regulations.
Article 107 After receiving the notice of dismissal, the dismissed employee shall explain all the matters handled and the files, accounts, funds and public property managed, and go through the resignation procedures with the personnel unit of the company, and the wages and bonuses due shall be paid after the above procedures are completed.
Article 108 A resigned person may apply for a resignation certificate after going through the resignation formalities.

Article 109 The company handles various welfare businesses to stabilize the life of employees and improve their welfare.
Article 110 Employees of the company shall take out labor insurance according to law, and the insurance premium shall be shared by the company and employees according to law.
Article 111 A company may organize company tours at an appropriate time.

Article 113 Employees can participate in various lectures and lectures organized by the company free of charge, provided that their job responsibilities are not affected, and they can only participate after being approved by the general manager.
Article 114 The company may, at its discretion, give gifts to full-time employees in the event of marriage or funeral (referring to the death of great-grandparents, parents, aunts, spouses and children).
