Article 2 (Management)

The municipal wildlife administrative department is the competent authority for the management of the city's no-hunting zone.

The people's government of Chongming District is responsible for organizing and coordinating the management of wildlife hunting within the scope of the hunting ban.

Chongming District wildlife administrative department is responsible for the specific implementation of the provisions. Chongming District wildlife protection and management organizations under the leadership of the administrative department of wildlife, is responsible for the daily work of hunting management within the scope of the hunting ban.

The people's governments of townships (towns) in Chongming District are responsible for the work related to the management of the hunting ban within their jurisdiction in accordance with these regulations.

City and Chongming District public security, industry and commerce (market supervision), transportation and other administrative departments, as well as urban law enforcement departments in accordance with their respective responsibilities, in collaboration with the implementation of these provisions. Article 3 (financial security)

City and Chongming District and its township (town) people's government of the hunting area within the scope of the hunting ban on the management of the funds required to be guaranteed. Article 4 (scope and hunting objects)

The delimitation and adjustment of the scope of the hunting area shall be proposed by the wildlife protection management organization of Chongming District according to the actual needs of wildlife protection, and approved by the People's Government of Chongming District and then announced.

The wild animals referred to in this provision are the following terrestrial wild animals:

(1) those listed in the list of key wild animals under national and municipal protection;

(2) those listed in the list of terrestrial wild animals with important ecological, scientific and social values;

(3) other terrestrial wild animals that are scientifically assessed as really needing to be protected and are announced by the People's Government of Chongming District. terrestrial wildlife. Article 5 (Hunting Prohibition and Inspection System)

A wildlife hunting prohibition and inspection system shall be implemented in the hunting prohibition area.

The administrative department of wildlife in Chongming District shall, in conjunction with the relevant departments, formulate an inspection program for the no-hunting areas and report it to the People's Government of Chongming District for approval. Hunting area inspection program should be clear participating departments, division of labor, personnel composition, inspection frequency, key inspection areas, specific measures.

Chongming wildlife administrative departments, township (town) people's government should be based on the hunting area inspection program, the organization of professional teams to implement the inspection. The relevant units and individuals shall assist and cooperate with the inspection work.

The hunting area within the scope of public welfare forests, commercial forests, the conservation of responsible units should be implemented in its conservation area to patrol, and the establishment of patrol files. Conservation units responsible for the discovery of illegal wildlife hunting behavior, should be stopped, and promptly report to the Chongming District wildlife administrative department or wildlife protection management agencies. Article 6 (Marking)

The administrative department of wildlife in Chongming District shall set up warning signs for hunting in wildlife habitats, migration routes and other key areas.

Public **** green space, large shopping malls, hotels and hotels, as well as highway entrances and exits, bus hubs, rail transit stations and other public **** places of operation, management units shall, in accordance with the provisions of the signage set up for the protection of wildlife.

The production and setting specifications of the warning signs for hunting ban and wildlife protection signs shall be formulated by the municipal wildlife administrative department. Article 7 (Technical Defense Facilities)

The administrative department in charge of wildlife in Chongming District shall, together with the relevant departments, install infrared cameras, video surveillance and other technical defense facilities in wildlife habitats, migration corridors, and other areas where illegal hunting and hunting of wildlife occurs, in order to monitor the illegal hunting and hunting of wildlife. Article 8 (Requirements for hunting ban)

Within the scope of the hunting ban area, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, hunting is prohibited, as well as other activities that impede the habitat and reproduction of wild animals.

Within the scope of the prohibited hunting areas, in addition to the hunting tools and methods prohibited by laws and regulations, it is also prohibited to use the following hunting tools and methods to hunt and hunt wild animals:

(1) striking tools such as bows and arrows (crossbows), nail guns and so on;

(2) trapping tools such as bird traps, snake traps and so on;

(3) trapping animals by artificial simulation of vocalizations, food, live animals or animal specimens for trapping, except those approved by law for scientific research, population regulation, epidemic source and disease monitoring or other special circumstances;

(4) other prohibited hunting and trapping tools and methods stipulated and announced by the People's Government of Chongming District. Article 9 (Prohibition of Consumption and Purchase)

It is prohibited to consume wild animals and their products under the State Key Protection, as well as wild animals and their products that are not under the State Key Protection and do not have proof of legal origin.

It is prohibited to illegally purchase wild animals and their products stipulated in the preceding paragraph for consumption. Article 10 (Prohibition of Catering Solicitation)

Catering service providers shall not use the names, aliases and patterns of wild animals and their products prohibited for consumption as stipulated in Article 9 for the content of signboards or recipes.
