Consumers in the catering business consumption, have the right to independently decide whether to buy the catering business alcohol, operators use statements, store notices and other forms of prohibiting consumers to bring their own alcohol, can only buy the store several times higher than the market price of alcohol, violating the consumer's right to independent choice and fair trade.
The Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests Law, Article 9, consumers have the right to independently choose goods or services. Consumers have the right to independently choose the operator to provide goods or services, independently choose the variety of goods or services, and independently decide to buy or not to buy any kind of goods, accept or not to accept any kind of service. Consumers have the right to compare, discriminate and select when choosing goods or services on their own.
Article 26(2) of the Law on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests prohibits operators from making unfair and unreasonable provisions for consumers by way of form clauses, notices, declarations, store notices, etc., which exclude or restrict the rights of consumers, lessen or exempt the responsibilities of the operators, or aggravate the liabilities of consumers, or from utilizing form clauses or using technological means to compel transactions. Form clauses, notices, statements, store notices, etc. containing the contents listed in the preceding paragraph, its content is invalid.
Some ethnic friends, for reasons of faith, are not allowed to bring alcohol and foreign food into the store.
