Qinghe Reservoir is located in the east of Qinghe District, Tieling City, Liaoning Province, 40 kilometers away from the seat of Tieling Municipal Government, 8 kilometers away from the west highway line 102 (passing through the east of Kaiyuan City), and 8 kilometers away from Shenha Expressway (west of Kaiyuan City) 10.
