A case, also called a case or an example, refers to a real scene described objectively by certain audio-visual media, such as words, recordings and videos. As a research tool, it has long been widely used in the technical research of social sciences. People often classify cases into two categories: descriptive evaluation type and analytical decision-making type. Descriptive evaluation cases describe the whole process of solving some management problems, including their actual consequences. In this way, the analysis task left to students is only to analyze and evaluate the practices afterwards, so as to gain some experience and lessons from them. However, the analysis and decision-making case only introduces a problem to be solved. < P > Students will analyze it and put forward countermeasures. Obviously, analyzing decision-making cases is better than describing evaluation cases in the function of cultivating students' ability to analyze and solve problems.

The purpose of case teaching is mainly to cultivate students' ability to work independently. This work ability has a wide range of connotations, which summarizes all the main abilities that students need to manage their career in the future, including:

(4) Requirements for case analysis

(V) Assessment of case analysis
1. Specific assessment criteria require answering the main points of basic theories used in case analysis, and making appropriate analysis, explanation and explanation in combination with the specific circumstances provided by the case. At the same time, we should also pay attention to the sufficiency, logic and integrity of the analysis process.
2. Assessment method
(1) The teacher in charge of this course will arrange a group discussion, make a speech in class, or submit a written report, which will be recorded in the usual grades;
