In principle, investment intensity is not required for projects that enter the standard factory building, but they must meet the industrial access and environmental protection access standards proposed in this standard, and the specific lease or purchase standards shall be formulated separately. The project access standards for business incubators shall be formulated separately by Guiyang Hi-tech Innovation Service Center. Science and technology industrial parks should be developed in a unified way, and the land provided in this standard refers to cultivated land that meets the construction conditions.
