The facilities for teaching, dormitory, catering and activities can accommodate 650 people for training at the same time. The internal organization of the center consists of one room and four departments (office, training department, logistics department, management department and campus department), with more than 190 teaching staff.

Hangzhou training center from the start to date, has held more than 210 training courses of various types, training discipline inspection and supervision cadres more than 83,000 people, including more than 3,000 cadres at the departmental level, more than 30,000 cadres at the departmental level. In recent years, the Hangzhou Training Center has trained more than 9,000 discipline inspection and supervision cadres each year.

Hangzhou Training Center has been running schools for twenty years, especially since the 17th CPC National Congress, comprehensively implementing the "2009-2013 National Education and Training Plan for Discipline Inspection and Supervision Cadres", in accordance with the overall requirements of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection on the work of education and training, focusing on the center, serving the overall situation, exploring the laws, pioneering and innovative, and gradually formed its own features of the schooling model. The program has been developed with its own characteristics.
