1, coal mine special operations personnel must have coal mine related professional secondary school (including technical school and vocational high school) or above, and have 2 years or above working experience in coal mine (coal mine outburst prevention operators have 3 years or above working experience).
2. Newly recruited special operators and other operators involved in major hazard sources and production devices and storage facilities that focus on supervising the process of hazardous chemicals must have high school education or secondary vocational education in chemical industry. Newly recruited special operators and other operators involved in explosive dangerous chemicals production devices and storage facilities must have a college degree or above in chemical engineering.
Article 19 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Safety Training:
Special operations personnel must undergo special safety technical training and pass the examination, and obtain the People's Republic of China (PRC) Special Operations Operation Certificate before they can take up their posts.
Graduates who have obtained full-time vocational high schools, technical schools or technical secondary schools or above are engaged in special operations corresponding to their majors. Those who hold academic certificates and are verified by the municipal emergency management department are exempted from initial training and directly take the exam.
Students who have obtained special operation certificates shall be executed in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of these Measures.
