Fourth, the selection process
(1) Release information

(2) Registration and qualification examination

2. Online registration requirements: applicants must send the registration form and related registration materials to the designated mailbox bgs@qhdcdc.com, and the registration materials will be packaged and uploaded, named after "name+major+position for application".
Each person is limited to one post.

3. Materials to be submitted for online registration:
(1) scanned copies of the front and back of the second-generation ID card (within the validity period);
(2) scanned copies of graduation certificates and degree certificates obtained at various stages of higher education; Scan transcripts of all stages of higher education; Returned students studying abroad and other overseas and foreign academic degree winners must provide the foreign academic degree certification certificate issued by the Ministry of Education and the scanned translation of the professional courses they have studied with the official seal of a nationally recognized translation agency;

Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In any link, if candidates are found to be unqualified or fraudulent, their qualifications will be cancelled at any time, and those with serious problems will be held accountable.
(3) Evaluation
A structured interview will be conducted by the examiner team composed of the Municipal Health and Wellness Commission and the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention (the interview time and place will be notified separately).
The assessment results are based on a 100-point system, with a full score of 100 and a minimum score of 70.
When calculating the examinee's score, keep two decimal places.
According to the recruitment position, according to the ratio of those who enter the physical examination and inspection to the recruitment index 1: 1, and according to the examination results of candidates, the candidates who enter the physical examination and inspection are determined from high to low. When the last one is tied, the persons who enter the physical examination and inspection shall be determined in the following order: children or spouses of martyrs, retired soldiers and persons with higher education (degree).
Those with the same above conditions will enter the physical examination and investigation, and will be selected according to the results of the physical examination and investigation.
(4) Physical examination
The number of medical examinees and job candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1, and the total score of candidates is determined from high score to low score.
Physical examination items and standards refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).
Candidates should truthfully fill in the relevant information and answer relevant questions.
Candidates who resort to deceit or conceal the real situation, resulting in inaccurate medical examination results, will be dismissed.
The medical examination fee is self-care.
Candidates who fail the medical examination will be disqualified.
(5) Investigation
The inspection was organized and implemented by Qinhuangdao Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
According to the requirements of age, education, major, work experience, household registration and other post conditions in the announcement and post information form, the inspected person shall be qualified and the relevant certificates, certificates, registration cards and other materials shall be verified; Investigate the political and ideological performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the personnel to be hired; Make a "qualified" or "unqualified" conclusion.
Those who fail the inspection will be disqualified.
(6) Publicity
After the inspection, the personnel to be hired will be publicized on the official WeChat account of Qinhuangdao Center for Disease Control and Prevention for 7 working days.
If the post to be hired is vacant due to unqualified physical examination or inspection, the influence of publicity results on employment, abandonment during publicity, etc., the total score of the same post will be replenished from high to low.

(7) Employment
After the personnel to be hired are determined, the recruiting unit shall put forward employment opinions, fill in the Approval Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions of Hebei Province in triplicate, and report the employment report, the roster of personnel to be hired and the Approval Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions of Hebei Province to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for examination and approval.
The employed personnel shall be given a probation period according to the relevant policies and regulations, and the probation period shall be calculated in the employment contract period.
After the probation period, those who pass the examination are officially hired, and those who fail are dismissed.
