Because there are too many problems in the construction drawing designed by the design unit, which can not be solved in time, the construction site once stopped working and waited. 4. Further standardize the management of economic visas and design changes.
In order to further control the investment cost, all design change orders, technical contact orders, economic visa orders, etc. In the process of project construction, any increase or decrease in project cost must be strictly examined and approved before construction can be carried out, which can be used as the basis for final accounts of the project.
