Name: Hot and sour shredded potatoes
Ingredients: 1 big potato, 1 green pepper, 2 small red peppers (usually dried red peppers), several cloves of garlic, several slices of onion ginger, 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 pinch of pepper, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt and Chili oil.
