On October 31th, two patients, their son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren started from Wenzhou by car. On the way, they stopped at several service areas, got off at Zhongshan Henglan Expressway, arrived at the gate of the community via Waihai Bridge at 1: 35 am on the 31th, and got on the elevator to go home at 1: 46. From October 31th to February 2nd, the whole family stayed at home and didn't go out.

On February 1, Cai and others learned that his younger brother in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province developed unwell symptoms on October 27, and was diagnosed with pneumonia in novel coronavirus on February 1. On February 3, Cai went shopping in the vegetable market under the Waihai Bridge in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan City, wearing a mask all the time.

At 7 o'clock on the evening of February 3, my son drove a private car and sent Cai and her husband to Jiangmen Central Hospital for novel coronavirus test. On February 4, Cai and her husband were screened positive and the two patients were isolated for treatment. On February 5th, Jiangmen City Center for Disease Control and Prevention rechecked, confirmed that Cai and her husband were infected with pneumonia in novel coronavirus, and judged that Cai and her husband were infected because of family gathering.

after interviews and investigations, the contacts of Cai and her husband who did not take effective protection after testing positive were tracked, and four close contacts were traced, which were the families of two patients, namely sons, daughters-in-law and two grandsons, who lived with Cai, one of whom was under observation in Jiangmen Central Hospital and the other three were isolated at home.

4 people have no discomfort symptoms for the time being. During the contact with patients, medical staff in Jiangmen Central Hospital all wore medical masks correctly. Sanitary disinfection has been carried out on elevators and vehicles used by Cai in Jiangmen. According to the medical waste treatment standard, the domestic waste of Cai's family has been specially treated. The community has been completely disinfected.
