According to a notice issued by the Chinese Embassy in Japan on Jan. 7, people traveling to China from Japan on flights from Jan. 19, 2022 (inclusive) and later will be required to take an additional pre-test for nucleic acid and health monitoring from Jan. 12, in addition to the requirements of the current policy.
The specific requirements are as follows:
1. One nucleic acid pre-test on the 7th day before boarding.
2. Self-health monitoring for 7 days from the sampling date of the pre-test and completion of the self-health status monitoring form. (Fill in until the day before boarding).
3. Within 48 hours (2 days) before boarding the plane, the "double test" will be performed.
4. One day before boarding, upload the application materials for the health code in one go by 20:00 (all the above tests must be conducted in the organizations designated by the embassy or consulate).
