The more trusted people are, the more likely they are to succeed. Prof. Zhou Qiren of Peking University has done a survey on the income of migrant workers in China, and the findings show that the highest-paid migrant workers are not the ones with the best physical strength and skills, but those who are trusted by others.

When we say we have achieved success, we mean to do something well and be recognized by most of the people around us, so that we can get material and spiritual satisfaction.

If you don't accept the test of the people, if you don't solve the problems of people's material or spiritual aspects, simply put, it's not useful to others, it's not considered a success. At best, it is a personal hobby. Those who brag and kvetch a lot, few people find them reliable. What about thinking differently? Success is to solve other people's problems, if we do not think differently, do not understand others, how to help others solve problems. Clothing, food, housing and transportation these are people's basic survival needs, so clothing, restaurants, real estate, transportation industry practitioners as many as the hair. To meet the basic living conditions, people seek better conditions, everyone's desires are very different, so think more from the perspective of others, there are more opportunities to discover success.
