Since there were 1 asymptomatic infected people in COVID-19 on April 7th, our city has conducted seven rounds of continuous nucleic acid detection for all employees, and there are no new confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected people. According to the relevant policies of epidemic prevention and control, according to the law of virus transmission, and after consultation and judgment by the expert group, the joint front-line command of COVID-19 epidemic response decided to implement sub-regional epidemic prevention and control measures in the whole city from 16: 11 on April 3 to 6: 11 on April 21. The notice is as follows:

1. Strictly prevent the import and spillover of epidemic situation. In view of the fact that the current epidemic situation is still severe and complicated, it is an arduous task to do a good job of "external defense input and internal defense rebound". During this period, all personnel and vehicles are not allowed to enter or leave the city unless necessary.

In order to minimize the risk of epidemic spread, combined with the actual situation of our city, the prevention and control unit is reduced and divided into three areas, and precise prevention and control is implemented, so that people and vehicles do not flow between areas unless necessary. In addition to the rural areas, communities and places temporarily closed down, production and living order in other places will be restored in an orderly manner.

During this period, except for shopping malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinics, markets and other places for people's livelihood, other places that are not necessary for production and life are temporarily closed. Before the open place resumes its business, it should be completely sterilized. During the business, measures such as wearing a mask, taking temperature, one meter, and checking code registration should be strictly implemented to ensure that people do not gather and minimize the risk of transmission.
