article 2 these measures shall apply to the safety production management of business units of commercial retail, catering, culture and entertainment, sports and tourist hotels (hereinafter referred to as business units in crowded places) within the administrative area of the autonomous region. Where the relevant laws, regulations and rules have other provisions on fire safety and special equipment safety, those provisions shall prevail. Safety production management of business units in other crowded places shall be implemented with reference to these measures.

chapter ii safety production responsibilities of business units in crowded places

Article 23 The smoke collection hood and flue entrance in the operation room of catering business units shall be cleaned daily within 1 meters. The fume exhaust pipeline in the Chinese food operation room shall be cleaned at least 1 times every 61 days, and the cleaning shall be recorded.

Article 29 Where a business unit in a crowded place rents out its business premises, it shall sign a safety production management agreement with the leased unit to clarify their respective safety production management responsibilities.

chapter iii supervision and management of business units in crowded places

article 36 the competent administrative departments of commerce, culture, tourism and sports of the people's governments at or above the county level shall, in accordance with laws, regulations, rules and standards and these measures, formulate safety production norms and implementation rules for crowded places in this industry.
