South rice and north noodles is the difference between our eating habits in the north and the south, if we go to the north, we have to eat noodles, in the many noodle dishes, the first Lanzhou ramen; and to the south, the rice will be more sweet.

However, with the development of catering culture, the south also appeared more famous noodle hot dry noodles, in this case, the formation of the situation of the north and south.

In my personal opinion, to say that the world's first noodle, but also should be Lanzhou ramen, after all, familiar with the Lanzhou ramen more people. The reason why I think so, mainly because of the following reasons:

Compared with Wuhan hot noodles, Lanzhou ramen belong to the famous long time noodle bully. When I was still at school in my hometown in Sichuan, I already went to eat at Lanzhou Ramen's noodle shop. Yet at the same time, I didn't know what hot dry noodles were, let alone where they belonged.

With the rise of the Internet, which has given these cuisines more opportunities to show their faces, it's in this context that hot-dried noodles are slowly making their way across the country. And in terms of the number of stores for both brands, it's still Lanzhou Ramen that has more.

This is one of the reasons why I personally think Lanzhou Ramen is more famous than Wuhan Hot Noodle.

Lanzhou ramen noodle shop, the reason why you can open all over China, are because people can eat used to the flavor of the bowl of ramen. And very often the portion and price of ramen, are very affordable, allowing people to spend the least amount of money, to achieve the principle of eating full.

Compared to Lanzhou ramen, I think the audience for hot noodles is relatively small. After all, that kind of dry noodles without soup, not all people can accept.

For my parents in my hometown, they can accept the flavor of Lanzhou ramen, but they can't accept the flavor of hot noodles. In their opinion, noodles without soup have no true meaning.

So in my personal opinion, among Lanzhou Ramen and Wuhan Hot Noodle, Lanzhou Ramen is more popular than Wuhan Hot Noodle.
