As of January 26, 2023, there is snow in Snow Country, Northeast China.

It starts snowing in Snow Township from October, and it slowly accumulates in November, and by December, the snow is thick and Snow Township enters the best snow-viewing period.

In December you can see the spectacular snow scene where everything is white and the snow layer is extremely thick. For the most part, snow in Snow Country lasts for seven months. The best time to visit Snow Country is late December - early March.

The main attractions of Snow Township

1, the original forest

The original forest covers a total area of 297 hectares, with 100,000 cubic meters of wood storage, an average height of 30 meters, up to 35 meters, an average diameter of 80 centimeters at breast height, and an average age of 400 years, with a maximum of 1,000 years. 1000 years or more, 6.6 kilometers of the Tongyi trestle, 1.6 kilometers of the trestle around the river.

Along the way, there are "three knots", huling "sacrificial platform", "Qingfengzhai" and other landscapes, which is the most striking primitive forest double star waterfalls, the waterfall is 11 meters wide, the drop is 3.5 meters! 2, Yunlong Mountain

Yunlong Mountain is 1672 meters above sea level, located in the northern part of Taipinggou scenic area. The peak is flat as a disk, 800 meters long north-south, 350 meters wide east-west, the south slope is steep, the north slope is connected with other peaks, east and west can be climbed. East slope has a forest-free zone, stone masonry such as walls, attached to the tundra, grass are not as if the "sea of stone" undulating waves, the vastness of the ocean, the momentum is magnificent.
