The Law on Prevention and Control clearly stipulates that it is forbidden to use loudspeakers in commercial activities or attract customers by other methods that emit high noise. In violation of these regulations, causing environmental noise pollution, the public security organ shall order it to make corrections and may impose a fine.
In daily life, if the noise emitted by hotels, dry cleaners and other fixed places exceeds the standard and disturbs people, residents can complain to the environmental protection department. After receiving a complaint, the environmental protection department shall monitor the noise pollution sources reflected by it. If the noise exceeds the national noise emission standard decibel, the environmental protection department may punish the units that emit noise exceeding the standard according to law. Units and individuals that are polluted by environmental noise have the right to ask the perpetrators to eliminate the hazards; If losses are caused, compensation shall be made according to law.
