At present, there are many breakfast shops selling "bamboo tube soup" in Xuzhou, and the most authentic one is the "Ma Shi Jie bamboo tube soup" shop opposite the circus stage. According to historical records, the name of Ma Shi Street first appeared under the "Fourteenth Street" in the Wanli Edition of Xuzhou History and Territory in Ming Dynasty, that is, "Ma Shi".
