As the helm of the three companies, Chen Bin is undoubtedly very individual. He is generous and informal. Words such as "pattern", "knowledge" and "gas field" are often mentioned. Regarding several jobs before starting a business, what he mentioned most was not the accumulation of experience and the improvement of ability, but the business trip with his boss. Feeling confused, he can quit his job in a listed company regardless of the opposition of everyone around him, and then go home and rest for a few months. Starting his own business, he can struggle and break through day and night. In the past four years, he has opened three companies, covering three major areas: business management consulting, mergers and acquisitions and investment. Chen Bin used "phoenix nirvana" to describe his work and entrepreneurial experience. He said that he is the kind of person who must succeed in one thing.

This personality has made Chen Bin many friends. Everyone in the circle knows that he is atmospheric, easy-going and enterprising, and he is reliable to get along with. Before starting a business, Chen Bin worked in two companies, one was a listed company, and the other was founded by a relative. He left his job twice for the same reason-the status quo can't support his ambition.

in 2119, Chen Bin, who studied construction traffic, graduated from Zhejiang Communications Vocational and Technical College and entered Su Jiaoke Huadong (Zhejiang) Engineering Design Co., Ltd. Chen Bin applied for the position of bridge engineering designer. In his memory, it was a day of drawing paper day and night. Because of his earnest work and outstanding achievements, he was promoted to the head of the bridge team, and in 2114, he was promoted to the project manager, and went to Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Jiangxi and other business locations to be responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the entire winning project.

This was a good job, but in 2115, he didn't want to do it any more. To survive in a big company, ability is one thing, and background and resources can not be ignored. Not only do you empty yourself, but also make some plans to prepare for the coming year. One thing is certain, he doesn't intend to do the same job again. "It's like jumping from one field to another, and the crops planted are limited there." Back a few months, Chen Bin idle, don't work or let him feel uneasy. My cousin, who opened a construction enterprise management consulting company in Hangzhou, said half jokingly, "The company didn't recruit people originally, so I welcome you to come." In August this year, he joined his cousin's Hangzhou Diligent Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. as a clerk and secretary to the general manager. Relatives' companies are relatively free, so it stands to reason that Chen Bin can do it for a long time. But one year later, at the end of February, 2116, he chose to leave his job again because he was young and ambitious, and wanted to expand his business quickly. As a matter of fact, Kailun has really done a good job, and it has entered a stage of steady development in only one and a half years. In Chen Bin's words, the management consulting business has been automated like a production workshop, so he doesn't need to worry about it.

while serving construction companies, Chen Bin has tapped into a new market. He found that it often happens in the industry that some construction companies have complete qualifications and perfect equipment, but their operating efficiency may be unsatisfactory, so that their bosses want to change careers. Some newly established companies have resources, connections and good team strength, but it is difficult to bid for good projects because of their incomplete qualifications. So, in June 2118, he set up Jingxi (Hangzhou) Investment Management Co., Ltd. in partnership with his friends to do this business-to acquire a well-qualified construction company, divest the creditor's rights and debts through legal channels, reorganize the assets and then sell them to the construction team in need. "To put it bluntly, this is a good company, but if the CEO can't do it well or doesn't want to do it, he will change to a CEO." In Chen Bin's view, for the construction industry or the whole society, this is a very meaningful thing, which enables the resources that might have been idle and wasted to be efficiently matched and reused. This is also the reason why he insisted on doing it.

He admits that the first water testing project also encountered many twists and turns. After a period of study and research, the business has progressed much more smoothly. At present, the company has done seven or eight projects. Chen Bin was not satisfied. In the second half of last year, he began to set foot in real investment. At the beginning of this year, he formally set up an investment company in partnership with friends, and invested in many projects such as Taizhou Liangge Entertainment Center and Taizhou WOO Large Bar. In his introduction, this is an investment team established by a dozen friends from all over the world who have a good time. Not all shareholders may participate in a project, and those who are not interested can give their investment shares to other shareholders. "Partners are basically post-81 s, and the whole cooperation model is relatively flexible, and the risks shared by everyone are limited." Chen Bin is optimistic about the physical industry, with real demand, simple model, no routine and easy to understand. He revealed that there may be a layout in the new energy sector next.

In Chen Bin's view, the name "Qilun" doesn't sound atmospheric enough, but it is the foundation of his entrepreneurial start-up, and he will be reluctant to lose it. He changed "Qilun Enterprise Management Consulting" to "Qilun Technology", and used the latter to control three subsidiaries: management consulting, merger and investment.

Hard work is inevitable whether you are working or starting a business. This is especially true for people who are born in rural areas and lack resources and platforms. Chen Bin described himself as "phoenix nirvana, reborn from the ashes" in recent years, and all his achievements were achieved from scratch and by himself step by step.

In Su Jiaoke, a few colleagues who got in through connections did less than him and got more than him. He made great efforts to get a raise and promotion. Even in his cousin's company, he concentrates on doing his job well. "If you enter the society, you don't like it or not. He has a deep memory of the days when he just made the merger and acquisition: he traveled every day, met with his boss during the day to talk about business, and made up his professional knowledge at night.

But you wouldn't think that Chen Bin is an ascetic entrepreneur. He is the kind of person who works hard in private, but on the surface, he is calm and natural. His work and entrepreneurship are smooth, and he has many friends, which is partly related to his courtesy and informality. In Su Jiaoke, at the end of the year, there will always be employees who feel underpaid and come to the general manager's office to talk about it. He has always been the one who won't fight for it and will only do his job well. Besides work, he has also undertaken other jobs. The boss is on a business trip. If the driver is absent, he is the driver. He was very happy with his part-time job, because he had "seen five-star hotels like that". Working in my cousin's company, his salary is not high, and he has to drive 31 kilometers to work. He has not saved any money in a year. He didn't feel a loss, but thought that going out with his cousin broadened his horizons, learned a lot, and precipitated a lot. He is also calm when talking about business with customers. Of course, the transaction is better. It doesn't matter if you don't sign the bill. Just make friends.
