2, the purification efficiency requirements, the purification efficiency of the oil smoke purification system has the corresponding requirements, the purification efficiency of the large system shall not be less than 85%, the purification efficiency of the medium-sized system shall not be less than 75%, the purification efficiency of the small system shall not be less than 60%.

3, emission concentration limits, according to the national standard "Catering fume emission standards (GB18483-2001)", the fume emission concentration shall not exceed 2.0mg/m3.
