Scope of application:

Polyethylene polypropylene (polyester) fiber waterproofing membrane is widely used for waterproofing, anti-seepage, moisture-proof and gas insulation of roofs, walls, bathrooms, basements, cold storage, bridges, pools, underground pipelines and other projects, and can also be used for anti-rust, anti-corrosion, metallurgical, chemical pollution prevention, expressway, underground tunnels and river seepage prevention and leakage prevention.

Configuration of cement binder:

Configuration of cement adhesive: (weight ratio) cement (425 # Portland cement): 80 1, and the ratio of cement to water is1:0.25: 0.5; (Volume ratio) 80 1 glue 1: water 3: cement 6. When preparing, first add water and 80 1 glue into the container and stir to melt. After adding cement, stir until there is no clot or precipitation, and then use it. The prepared cement adhesive should be used up within 4 hours, and water should be replenished at any time according to the situation.

Matters needing attention in construction:

1, in the process of construction, if scratches are found on the coiled material, they should be repaired immediately, and pay attention to the placement of construction tools, so that the waterproof layer will be damaged.

2, waterproof layer setting time shall not be less than 48 hours.

3. The construction temperature should be controlled between 5-30℃, and the coiled material should not get wet in the rain within 24 hours after pasting. If it rains during curing, protective measures should be taken.

4. During construction below 5℃ in winter, anti-freezing measures such as covering plastic film and straw curtain must be taken.

5. Avoid contact with grease and substances that affect the chemical properties of polyethylene.

(1)JS waterproof coating

Construction method:

1, the base surface must be smooth, firm, clean, free of open water, leakage and unevenness, and must be leveled first to stop leakage, and the angle of yin and yang should be made into an arc angle.

2. Take materials according to the specified proportion. If you need water, first add it to the liquid material and stir it with a blender. Stir well until the material contains no particles.

3, protective layer or decorative layer construction, must be completed in the waterproof layer 2 days later. When plastering mortar, for the convenience of construction, clean medium and coarse sand can be sprinkled immediately after the waterproof layer is painted for the last time.

Precautions:

1, if paint (especially primer) has precipitation, it should be stirred evenly at any time.

2, the coating should be as uniform as possible, there can be no local deposition, and require rolling brush several times, so that there is no bubble between the coating and the base, and the bonding is sealed.

3, each layer of coating must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the material dosage, not too thick or too thin, if the final waterproof layer thickness is not enough, you can add one or more layers, the total number of coating is not less than 3 layers.

4. It is not allowed to construct under 0℃ or in the rain, nor is it suitable for construction in a particularly humid and unventilated environment, which will affect the film formation.

Storage and transportation:

1, avoid sun and rain, and keep the package intact.

2. Liquid materials must be stored in a cool place above 5℃; The powder must be stored in a dry place with a shelf life of 6 months.

One-component polyurethane waterproof coating:

Construction requirements:

003. After the primer is cured, it should be painted for the second time. The brushing direction must be perpendicular to the previous direction to prevent leakage and scraping, and should be brushed for 3-5 times in turn.

004. After completion, before the waterproof layer is cured, no one can get the next working procedure here, so as not to damage the waterproof layer.

Transportation and storage:
