What is the salary calculation standard?
Salary includes many items, so the calculation standard is different:
1. Employee salary = basic salary+post allowance+social insurance+overtime pay+subsidy+bonus+year-end bonus, etc.
Among them, subsidies and bonuses generally include food subsidies and transportation subsidies (interns who don't live in dormitories)
(1) Food allowance: employees who are on the job all day can get a food allowance for that day (121 yuan/month, which is now converted into 24 working days per month, that is, 5 yuan/day). Note: If you take a leave of absence or make up for half a day, you will not be given food subsidies.
(2) Transportation allowance: It is only paid to interns who can't live in dormitories. The payment standard is RMB 111 per person per month, which is converted according to the actual working days.
(3) Attendance Award: The payment standard is RMB 111 per person per month. If you arrive late or leave early within one month, you will be deducted from 21 yuan, 51 yuan twice and RMB 111 for three times, or four times or more, you will be deducted from the full attendance award of the month and a quarter of the post allowance of the day. That is, if you are late or leave early once, you will get the attendance award of 81 yuan, 51 yuan twice and 1 yuan three times. If you get the attendance award of four or more times, 1 yuan will also deduct 1/4 of the post allowance on the same day (whether it is deducted for all four times or for the fourth time). Note: attendance bonus will not be deducted within half a day of personal leave, 1 days of sick leave, and 3 days of personal leave for interns returning to school.

B. Days of absence > 1.5 days

Note: the attendance award is deducted by RMB 111, and the maximum deduction amount is until the post allowance of the current month is deducted.
(3) Absenteeism
A. Basic salary: If you are absent from work for less than 3 days, you will be deducted 2 times the basic salary of the corresponding time (daily basic salary = monthly basic salary /24 days, the same below) according to the actual time (half a day as a unit). If you are absent from work for more than 3 days, 3 times of the basic salary of the corresponding days will be deducted according to the actual days, but the basic salary will be deducted to the minimum wage payment standard in Foshan at most.
B. part of post allowance: if you are absent from work for less than 3 days, you will be deducted 2 times of the post allowance for the corresponding time according to the actual time (half a day as a unit). 4. Other deductions
(1) Employees who join the company at the beginning of the month and leave the company at the end of the month shall be deducted the basic salary of the month+post allowance according to the days of absence. (2) Personal income tax is withheld by the company
(3) Social security (personal burden) is withheld by the company, and the standard after July 2119 is 182.18 yuan/month/person.
