11 categories of employees in key industries include: imported cold-chain food supervision and practitioners, centralized isolation site management and service personnel, direct contact personnel with imported goods at ports, medical staff in designated medical institutions in COVID-19, medical staff in fever clinics and emergency departments of non-designated medical institutions, employees in other departments of non-designated medical institutions, employees in international transportation tools, employees in domestic transportation stations, frontline staff of customs and market supervision systems, employees in agricultural products (fairs) markets, and express delivery.

II. Health management measures for people coming (returning) from other places

(1) For people coming (returning) from other places, if they have completed centralized isolation for 14 days at the place of entry, the management of "7 days of centralized isolation +7 days of home health monitoring +7 weeks of personal health monitoring" will be implemented after entering the coke, and if they have completed centralized isolation for 21 days at the place of entry, the management of "7 days of home health monitoring+"

(2) The control measures of "14-day centralized isolation +7-day home health monitoring" shall be implemented for those who have lived in high-risk areas in China within 14 days.

(3) The control measures of "7-day centralized isolation +7-day home health monitoring" shall be implemented for those who have lived in the cities under the provincial jurisdiction where the medium and high-risk areas in China are located within 14 days.

(4) For those who come to (return to) coke from other provinces and municipalities without local epidemic within 14 days and employees in 11 key industries in the province, they need to hold a healthy green code and a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and then do 1 nucleic acid tests after reaching coke, and implement home health monitoring within 14 days.

Third, reduce cross-regional travel

Advocate the general public not to go out of the city unless necessary, especially not to cities with medium and high-risk areas abroad and at home. IV. Strict management of key places

Stations, medical institutions, nursing homes, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, hotels, restaurants, sports and entertainment and other public places should earnestly fulfill the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, and implement epidemic prevention regulations such as temperature measurement, code scanning, wearing masks, daily cleaning, ventilation and disinfection, and keeping a social distance of 1 meters.

V. Strictly control gathering activities
