I. Cross-sectional area of pipeline ventilation
Usually, when the kitchen smoke exhaust pipeline is installed, because the pipeline passes through the building beam, the ventilation cross-sectional area of the pipeline becomes smaller, which leads to uneven airflow in the pipeline and poor smoke exhaust.
Second, the ventilation area of the main exhaust pipe
The main flue covers the whole building and the auxiliary flue is relatively independent. According to some experienced experts, it is best to control the wind speed in the main flue of the exhaust pipe within 15m/s, which is the most suitable.
Third, the design and installation of pipelines.
The kitchen exhaust pipe is like the stomach of the whole exhaust system. If the design and installation are unreasonable, it will often lead to insufficient smoke extraction capacity and unsatisfactory smoke purification effect.
Fourth, low-level smoke is not smooth.
The kitchen fume on different floors is discharged through the same main pipe, and the smoke exhaust effect of the kitchen on the floor near the exit will be better, while the smoke exhaust effect of the kitchen on the lower floor is relatively poor.
5. There are sundries in the exhaust pipe.
When installing the kitchen exhaust pipe, because the pipe needs to pass through the building beam or avoid other equipment, a part of the pipe will be lower than the whole exhaust pipe, which may make the oil-water mixture or other debris accumulate first. Under the pipeline, the flue is blocked.
If you want to use the kitchen exhaust pipe smoothly, you should pay special attention to the above five points, so as not to cause residents' dissatisfaction and unnecessary disputes.
