Step 1 (inside): wash your hands with running water, apply hand sanitizer (or soap), and rub them with your palms facing each other and your fingers together;

Step 2 (outside): Wash the fingers on the back side and rub the palms along the fingers on the back, and exchange hands;

the third step (clamping): the palms of the fingers on the palm washing side are opposite, and the hands are crossed and rubbed along the fingers;

Step 4 (Bow): Wash the back of the finger and bend each finger joint, put the back of the finger in the palm of the other hand with a half-clenched fist and rotate and rub, and exchange hands;

step 5 (big): wash your thumb, hold the thumb with one hand and rub it with the other hand, and exchange your hands;

Step 7 (Wrist): Wash your wrist, rub your wrist and arm, and exchange your hands.

1. Rub your hands carefully for more than 1.5 seconds every step during the whole process of hand;

2. Pay special attention to thoroughly cleaning the parts where rings, watches and other ornaments are worn (rings, watches and other ornaments should also be cleaned if possible).
