One is about the scientific and precise division of risk areas. At present, the city has by building, unit, floor, households, high-risk areas, the requirements shall not be arbitrarily expanded to the district, the streets and towns and other areas, shall not take various forms of temporary sealing control, shall not be arbitrarily adopted "silent" management. The second is to further optimize the nucleic acid test. The city has made it clear that it is no longer necessary to carry out a full range of nucleic acid testing by administrative area, except for high-risk jobs and high-risk areas, other people in principle willing to test as much as possible; no longer assign a yellow code to the people who do not have a record of nucleic acid testing within 7 days. From December 8, the city is no longer on the return to Shanghai to implement the "landing check" "three days three check" "five days four check" and so on; to return to Shanghai to Shanghai personnel arrived in Shanghai less than 5 days, their The "application code" and "place code" no longer show the marking of "coming to Shanghai and returning to Shanghai for less than 5 days", and no longer restrict their access to the relevant public **** places. We have optimized the adjustment of some places of epidemic prevention requirements, in addition to nursing institutions, children's welfare institutions, medical institutions, schools (including child care institutions) and other places with special epidemic prevention requirements, closed entertainment venues, food service establishments from 9:00 on December 9, no longer check the nucleic acid test negative certificate. The city will continue to maintain a regular nucleic acid test sampling points, providing free testing services.

Thirdly, the city is optimizing and adjusting the isolation method. The city has made it clear that from December 8, those who are eligible for home quarantine will be adjusted from "5 days of centralized quarantine + 3 days of home quarantine" to "5 days of home quarantine", or they can voluntarily choose to centralize the quarantine. Starting from December 9, asymptomatic infected persons and mild cases with conditions for home isolation in the city can choose home isolation, or voluntarily choose centralized isolation for treatment.
