Refund and modification rules
1. Refund rules: You can apply for a refund in "My Order" and "Order Details" before 23:45 (inclusive) on the specified day:
(1) You can apply for a refund before 23:45 (inclusive) 1 days before the specified day, and no handling fee is charged;
(2) To apply for a refund before 23:45 (inclusive) on the specified day, a handling fee of 21% of the actual payment amount of the order shall be deducted;
(3) activated and rescheduled orders are not refundable, please understand. The order only supports the whole refund, not the partial refund.
2. rescheduling rules: before 23: 45 (inclusive) on the specified day, you can modify the play date 1 times in My Orders and Order Details. Orders are only allowed to be rescheduled to the same price, the tickets are the same, and tickets are in stock. The revision date spans 61 days from the play date. Only the whole document can be rescheduled, and the activated order cannot be rescheduled.
