4. The grounding wire should be used independently, and the grounding protection wire should not be mixed with the zero line. The grounding protection wire should not be used as a welding wire to avoid burning out the explosion-proof control system.
5. The 380V line of the main circuit passes through the control circuit, which should meet the requirements of this equipment and need rubber sheath. Independent double-core shielded wire with rubber sheath for pressure feeder.
6. After preheating for 30 minutes, the pressure indicator can be used normally.
7. Sensor instrument systems such as temperature display and pressure display should not vibrate to avoid problems.
8. The liquid inlet pipe (pressure sensor and solenoid valve) shall not be used as torque.

Second, the daily maintenance and maintenance of gasifier:
1, regularly check whether the water level of the gasifier is normal (generally above 2/3), and pay attention to timely water replenishment.
2, gasifier must adhere to the regular blowdown. Generally, the sewage is discharged once every 2-3 days, once a day when the water quality is poor or the dosage is large, and the sewage should be discharged under pressure.
When the force is high, the residual liquid should be discharged to the outside.
3. The filter at the inlet of the gasifier should be cleaned after ventilation for half a year, and then disassembled and cleaned every other year.

5. The water in the gasifier should be replaced once every six months, and potassium dichromate should be added after the water is changed again. It is best to add softened water or purified water if possible.

III. Common faults of gasifier and their solutions:
1, unexpected power failure

(3) The gas consumption is too large, exceeding the rated capacity of the gasifier, and the gasification temperature can't keep up, resulting in the solenoid valve cutting off the inlet.
(4) The valve is not opened, or there is no gas in the cylinder.
(5) The solenoid valve is damaged, resulting in difficulty in breathing.
(6) Pressure regulating valve failure.
2. Gasifier is not heated.
