7. Sensor instrument systems such as temperature display and pressure display should not vibrate to avoid problems.

Second, the daily maintenance and maintenance of gasifier:

1, regularly check whether the water level of the gasifier is normal (generally above 2/3), and pay attention to timely water replenishment.

2, gasifier must adhere to the regular blowdown. Generally, the sewage is discharged once every 2-3 days, once a day when the water quality is poor or the dosage is large, and the sewage should be discharged under pressure.

3. The filter at the inlet of the gasifier should be cleaned after ventilation for half a year, and then disassembled and cleaned every other year.

5. The water in the gasifier should be replaced once every six months, and potassium dichromate should be added after the water is changed again. It is best to add softened water or purified water if possible.

(3) The gas consumption is too large, exceeding the rated capacity of the gasifier, and the gasification temperature can't keep up, resulting in the solenoid valve cutting off the inlet.

(4) The valve is not opened, or there is no gas in the cylinder.

(5) The solenoid valve is damaged, resulting in difficulty in breathing.

(6) Pressure regulating valve failure.

2. Gasifier is not heated.
