Up to now, Zhongyuan District has recently released the subsidy method for deed tax payment of commercial housing (excluding second-hand housing) in 2022.

Where the deed tax of commercial housing is paid from 165438+20221October 28th to 65438+February 30th, 2022, and the subsidy is declared on time, the subsidy will be given at 20% of the total deed tax.

The opening time of deed tax subsidy declaration is 65438+20231October 9.
