4. When there is loud noise or sudden abnormal noise, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection to avoid accidents. 5. When live working, it is forbidden to clean the surface slag of the dough mixer.
6. In addition to the flour and rice noodles commonly used in the canteen, it is not allowed to press hard objects with a dough press. 7. Don't operate electrical equipment with wet hands. Maintenance work:
1. Clean the drum and other detachable parts separately after use. The drum should be cleaned with a shovel, and the flat plate should be removed and polished with a cleaning ball. It is forbidden to flush live equipment with water. 2. Press rod, roller, etc. It is strictly prohibited to put it on the tray, in case of falling and hurting feet or other things. 3. Add proper amount of butter to the chain every week to keep the mechanical flexibility.
4. If you want to stop using it for a long time, you can apply a small amount of cooking oil on the surface of the drum to prevent rust. Accident prevention and response:
1. There must be at least two employees in the operation area of the canteen noodle press, so that accidents can be rescued in time. 2. After the accident, don't pull your arm hard, and disassemble the machine quickly.
