1. During the use of the disinfection cabinet, the used tableware must be washed first, and then put into the disinfection cabinet after the water is dried. Tableware that cannot withstand high temperature must be put into the low temperature layer. Washed tableware must be dried or dried before it can be put into the disinfection cabinet. The infrared heating tube is electrified and heated, and the temperature in the cabinet rises to 211 C ~ 311 C, thus achieving the purpose of disinfection. Some users put tableware with water in the cabinet and don't turn on electricity often, which causes the electrical components and metal surfaces of the disinfection cabinet to be oxidized by moisture, and contact resistance appears at the socket of the infrared heating tube, which is easy to burn the socket or other parts and shorten the service life of the disinfection cabinet.
2. Tableware that cannot withstand high temperature, such as plastic, cannot be placed in the high-temperature disinfection cabinet, so as not to damage the tableware. Colored porcelain ware will release toxic heavy metals such as lead and cadmium when it is put into disinfection cabinet, which is harmful to human health. Because when ceramic bowls, plates, jars and bowls are glazed, their enamel and pigments all contain toxic heavy metals such as lead and cadmium. At room temperature, these substances are stable, but they are easy to overflow when they encounter high temperature. In the working state, the internal temperature of the high-temperature disinfection cabinet can be as high as 211℃. Often placing food in these sterilized colored porcelain will pollute food and endanger health.
3, disinfection cabinet should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, away from the wall should not be less than 31 cm. Do not open the door unless it is necessary during disinfection, so as not to affect the effect. After disinfection, it will be better if you take it again after ten minutes.
