The daily monitoring and regular inspection of coal mines shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of coal mines. (Definition) Daily monitoring of occupational hazard factors means that the employer organizes regular monitoring of occupational hazard factors in the workplace by purchasing monitoring technical services, or installing testing instruments and real-time monitoring equipment according to occupational hazard factors in the workplace. Regular detection of occupational hazards means that the employer entrusts a qualified occupational health technical service agency to detect and evaluate all occupational hazards in all workplaces in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations.

(Scheme) The employing unit shall incorporate the daily monitoring and regular detection of occupational hazards into the annual occupational disease prevention and control plan and implementation plan, and specify the responsible department or person responsible for regular detection, monitoring period, monitoring place, monitoring post, monitoring period, entrusting unit and testing time. (Input) The employer shall include the purchase, use and maintenance of equipment required for daily monitoring of occupational hazard factors, the training expenses of monitoring personnel and the inspection and evaluation expenses required for regular testing into the annual budget for protection. (Archives) The employing unit shall establish archives for daily monitoring and regular detection of occupational hazard factors, which shall be incorporated into the occupational health archives system of the employing unit. (Announcement of Results) The employing unit shall promptly announce the results of daily monitoring and regular testing on the bulletin board in the workplace.
