Article 1, organic heart diseases such as rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease and congenital heart disease, were unqualified. Those with congenital heart disease who do not need surgery or who are cured by surgery are qualified.

(2) frequent premature contraction;
