Second, the garden department:

(a) responsible for the preparation of urban municipal facilities, landscaping construction management, maintenance management, environmental sanitation management and maintenance, urban appearance management and comprehensive improvement of urban appearance and environment, and supervise and manage the use of funds; Responsible for the collection and management of municipal, garden, sanitation and other administrative fees according to law; Responsible for the property right management of state-owned assets of municipal infrastructure;

(two) responsible for the maintenance and management of municipal infrastructure such as urban roads, squares, bridges, tunnels and lighting facilities; Responsible for the examination and approval of municipal infrastructure management occupation according to law, participate in the planning of urban power, optical cable, tap water, natural gas and other pipe networks, and be responsible for the examination and approval of line laying;

(three) responsible for city management; Responsible for the comprehensive improvement of the city appearance and environment in the whole region, comprehensively coordinate urban management, inspect, supervise and guide the management of streets and towns.

In contrast, if the internal greening of the community is not in place, it should be solved by the property department. However, if this part is outsourced, the property also needs to feed back the problem to the cooperative company, and the property management fee paid by the owner usually needs to be reflected!
